The services above have a maximum size of 61cms x 46cms x 46cms, for larger items please get in touch for exact costs.

For cost effectiveness your headpiece will be despatched in a sturdy box designed to withstand the rigours of transport. Should you require one of our hatboxes these are £10 excl post charges and will need to be packed into a larger box for posting. Hatboxes can be sent flat-packed separately if required.

Returns policy

 

Please notify me as soon as possible or within 7 days of receiving your item if you intend to return it. I allow 14 days from the date of receipt of the headpiece to return it to me. My returns requirements are that it is returned by tracked post, properly packaged to prevent damage and it is unworn and undamaged and has not had the tag tampered with in any way. I cannot accept a return that does not meet these requirements. Once it arrives back I’ll check it over and refund you for the item. I cannot make any exceptions to these conditions.

There are no refunds or returns on bespoke items.
