Chelsea is a pretty headpiece – small but with a lot of attitude! A lemon yellow button base is topped with a yellow & ivory flower with hand rolled edges and a pearl cluster at the centre. Delicate feathers add height and movement.
It is attached to the head with elastic and the 12cms diameter base makes it suitable for the Royal Enclosure at Ascot
